Once your registration is complete, you're ready to send money with Transi. To make a transfer, enter your recipient's information and choose how you want them to receive the money: Bank Deposit, Cash Pickup, or Home Delivery. Follow the instructions and provide the information required for your selected delivery method. Review your transfer details, select your payment method, and confirm your transaction.
No. You don't need a Social Security Number (SSN) to sign up for Transi. To complete the initial onboarding process, you'll provide basic information such as your name, date of birth, email address, and home address. For transactions up to $2,999, no additional information beyond the standard onboarding requirements is generally needed. For transactions over $2,999, additional information or identity verification may be required before your transfer can be completed.
Yes. You can send a minimum of $20 per transaction. For transactions over $2,999, additional verification may be required before your transfer can be completed. Your sending limits may vary based on your verification level and other applicable requirements. Your available sending limit will be displayed in the Transi app.
