Recipients in the Dominican Republic can receive their money through several convenient options:
Bank Deposit: Funds are deposited directly into the recipient’s bank account at any participating financial institution in the Dominican Republic.
Cash Pickup: Cash can be collected at participating payout locations. Recipients can also collect their money at Transi Network locations, with cash pickup available in Dominican pesos or U.S. dollars. [See participating locations.]
Home Delivery: Cash is delivered to the address selected by the sender.
For eligible transactions, recipients can also use Transi WhatsApp to validate their transaction in advance and receive an OTP before visiting a Transi Network location, making the cash pickup process faster and more convenient. See “How does Transi WhatsApp work?” for more information.
