Download the Transi app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and complete the onboarding process with the required information. Once your registration is complete, you’re ready to send money with Transi.
To make a transfer, enter your recipient’s information and choose how you want them to receive the money: Bank Deposit, Cash Pickup, or Home Delivery. Follow the instructions and provide the information required for your selected delivery method.
Review your transfer details, select your payment method, and confirm your transaction.
For eligible Cash Pickup transactions at Transi Network locations, your recipient will receive a notification when the transaction is received and will be able to complete the required validation through Transi WhatsApp before collecting their money.
