Transi WhatsApp allows your recipient to validate an eligible Cash Pickup transaction directly from their phone, before visiting a Transi Network location.
1. Complete registration
The recipient completes the registration and identity verification process through Transi WhatsApp.
2. Receive the notification
When an eligible Cash Pickup transaction is available, the recipient will receive a notification through Transi WhatsApp.
3. Validate the transaction
From WhatsApp, the recipient follows the instructions to validate their identity and the transaction information.
4. Receive the OTP
Once the validation is successfully completed, the recipient will receive a one-time password (OTP).
5. Collect the money
The recipient presents their OTP and a valid ID at a participating Transi Network location to collect the money in cash.
By completing the validation process in advance through Transi WhatsApp, the recipient will have fewer steps to complete when collecting their money, making the experience faster and more convenient.
