To collect a Cash Pickup at a participating Transi Network location, you’ll need to present a valid original identification document—your Dominican cédula or, if applicable, a valid passport.
If you completed your transaction validation in advance through Transi WhatsApp, simply bring your valid identification and the unique OTP (pickup code) you received after completing the validation process.
If you don’t use Transi WhatsApp or don’t have your OTP, you can still collect your money at a participating Transi Network location. You’ll be guided through the required identity and transaction validation, which may include confirming information such as the transaction number, sender’s name, and amount to receive.
Once the required validation is successfully completed, your money can be released in Dominican pesos (DOP) or U.S. dollars (USD), according to your transaction.
