To collect the money, your recipient will need:
A valid Dominican cédula or, when applicable, a valid passport. The name on the identification document must match the recipient’s name on the transfer.
The transaction number or reference number associated with the transfer.
If the transfer was validated in advance through Transi WhatsApp, the OTP provided for the transaction.
The recipient must also complete the required identity and transaction validation before the money can be released.
