No problem. Transi WhatsApp is optional and is not required to collect a Cash Pickup transaction.
If your recipient does not have WhatsApp, Transi will send a text message (SMS) notifying them about the transaction and inviting them to use Transi WhatsApp if they choose to do so.
If they prefer not to use WhatsApp, they can go directly to a participating Transi Network location and complete the standard identity and transaction validation process in person to collect their cash.
Using Transi WhatsApp simply gives recipients the option to complete key validation steps in advance from their phone, helping make their Cash Pickup experience faster and more convenient.
