Transi currently offers currency conversion only from U.S. dollars (USD) to Dominican pesos (DOP) for eligible international transfers sent through the Transi app in the United States and received for Cash Pickup at a participating Transi Network location in the Dominican Republic.
Because international transfers through Transi currently originate in U.S. dollars, USD is the only currency available for conversion. If you choose to convert your transfer to DOP, you must exchange the full amount at the exchange rate offered by Transi at the time of the transaction. Partial conversions are not available.
Transi does not currently provide general currency exchange services or exchange cash from other currencies. Currency conversion is available only as part of an eligible Transi-to-Transi international transfer received in USD.
